From the Garden to the Table

A reflection from Fr. John:

Growing vegetables is one thing, but cleaning and preparing them is another. Thankfully, Fr. Dan Lenz, OSB, has been a tremendous help these past few weeks.

Each day, fresh produce—plenty of lettuce, radishes, and rhubarb, and now kale and zucchini—is gathered from the garden and brought to Fr. Dan, who gladly takes on the cleaning and prep work.

His quiet, steady care has been a blessing to the community.
